한국어 · Privacy Policy · Terms of Service
These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and DxTerra, a sole proprietorship operated by Sejin Kim (“Company”), in relation to location-based features of SANDOBARO Pro.
These terms apply to location-based features of SANDOBARO Pro. Plus does not request device GPS permission, and these terms do not need to be accepted solely to use Plus.
When the user allows browser or device location permission, the service receives latitude and longitude from device location services, such as GPS. Saving a Pro measurement may store these coordinates with the measurement on the server. Device permission is distinct from notices and consent concerning the service's processing of personal data and personal location information.
1. Under Article 16(2) of Korea's Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, records confirming the collection, use, and provision of location information are automatically recorded and retained for six months.
2. When account deletion is completed or the service purpose ends, personal location information is removed from active systems without undue delay, except for the records described above and isolated copies pending normal backup rotation.
The Company does not disclose personal location information to third parties without prior consent, except where disclosure is required by applicable law. Aggregated global-map statistics described in Article 3 do not include user IDs or project names.
Users may withdraw browser or device location permission at any time to stop new location information from being transmitted. Some mapping features may then be unavailable. Withdrawing permission alone does not automatically delete measurement locations already stored on the server. Requests to access, correct, or delete existing records, or to withdraw processing consent, can be made through the relevant app functions or info@dx-terra.com.
As a general rule, the Company does not collect personal location information from children under 14. Where applicable law permits a responsible guardian to provide written consent for the protection of the life or physical safety of a child aged eight or younger, a person under adult guardianship, or a person with a severe disability under Korea's Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act, the responsible guardian is treated as the user for these terms.
